Edgewood Residence

Our own family home in Holladay, taken to the studs and rebuilt in house from the systems out. We bought a dated mid-century ranch, reworked the closed-off floor plan into an open main level that turns to the mountains, and finished it the way we wanted to live: a stone-island kitchen with cabinetry from our own shop, a terrazzo guest bath, a new two-car garage, and a lot landscaped front to back. We lived in it as our family home for two years before we listed it, and it went under contract in two days.
