When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, project address or area, project type, estimated budget range, your message, and any plans or files you choose to upload.

We also keep records of the emails and phone calls you have with us.

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a site walk, and prepare a budget range or estimate.
• To manage your project if we work together.
• To understand how visitors use our site and measure whether our advertising is working.
• To show our ads to people who have visited our site (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the site and handle inquiries, including website hosting, email delivery, and secure file storage for uploaded plans. They process information only to provide those services to us. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and project information as long as needed to respond, complete and support projects, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no online transmission is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as our site or tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
