We’ve officially entered Phase One: demolition and discovery.

This is one of our favorite parts of any build. Why? Because it’s where potential becomes visible. Beneath old walls and tired flooring lies the opportunity to reimagine. As the demo crews tear out the outdated interiors, we begin uncovering structural bones, natural light paths, and opportunities we couldn’t fully see on paper.

Yes, it’s dusty. Yes, it’s chaotic. And yes, it’s thrilling.
